Our Process

While we work with projects at any design stage, we prefer, and often find it best to become a partner in the design process rather than an afterthought bidding on a set of plans. By allowing us a seat at the design table, we can help guide decisions and offer opportunities for value at the start as opposed to the end when changes are less feasible. This is commonly referred to as The Design Build process, and makes us your advocate for buildability and budget at every stage, providing constant feedback, with a true investment in the shared vision of your project.

Our Team

Led by Todd Fletcher, a former Creative Director and multi-faceted designer, our personal hands-on approach to construction ensures every project is built with integrity and every detail receives the attention it deserves. In addition to a degree from the University of Texas at Austin, Todd’s proud to hold Certified Graduate Builder and Certified Green Professional designations from the National Association of Homebuilders.

We’ve also built a team and a select group of architect partners we can trust to deliver the success of your project. They’re people who take pride in every step – and understand the constraints and details of building modern.
