Project Details
The 38 Peak project is a unique modern home built just outside of Lakeway. A window wall entry paired with a set of 10′ sliding doors creates a dramatic and open living space combining the living, dining and kitchen into a single great room. This room frames an outdoor living area and pool, with the master suite and mother-in-law-suite on opposing ends also looking in. Existing trees were maintained and integrated into the layout to create natural anchors.
The master bath continues this open theme with a single wet room concept, featuring a freestanding tub and curbless shower. Glass tile, and generous frosted windows allow in bountiful daylight.
